Location: Southend on Sea, Essex

Salary: Β£29,000 OTE per year

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 30 minute lunch

Job Description

We are actively recruiting for a full-time Sales Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company as a Sales Administrator, working in an office environment with a friendly team and great team spirit.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing invoices
  • Bringing vehicles into stock
  • Scanning documents
  • Preparing customer files
  • Liaising with Sales Consultants
  • Using a range of Microsoft Office software, including email and spreadsheets
  • Data processing
  • Receiving and dealing with internal and external calls and enquiries
  • Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required by your line manager

Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong time management and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Polite and friendly manner
  • Positive, flexible and proactive "can-do" attitude
  • Previous administration experience is essential; sales administration experience is preferred
  • Computer literate, with experience of producing work to a high standard of accuracy

Essential Experience

  • At least 1 year's experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator
  • Experience with Kerridge or an alternative vehicle dealer management system is essential
  • Experience with Idealfile or an alternative electronic filing/document management system is essential
