Night Shelter Southampton is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide a safe, trauma-informed service for vulnerable adults in Southampton who are rough sleeping or at immediate risk. You will be the steady night-time presence from intake at 20:30 through to the morning transition.
Role involves security patrols, housing management support, and delivering emotional support and de-escalation to individuals. You will work a 4 on / 4 off rota with independence during night hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
