  • Monitor commercial cleaning sites through regular inspections, audits and hands-on support to ensure agreed standards are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate with operations colleagues to prioritise and deliver the daily work plan.
  • Ensure services comply with health and safety requirements, company procedures and current legislation.
  • Train, coach and support cleaning staff so they have the skills and guidance required to perform effectively.
  • Monitor cleaning contracts and staff performance, reporting issues to the appropriate manager.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, service changes and concerns, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Provide cleaning cover during staff absence or annual leave when required.
  • Complete operational records and administration accurately and on time.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean, appropriately stocked and subject to weekly checks.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and site-based teams.
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Β£13.94 an hour

About you :

  • Practical, organised and confident working independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive and able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good leadership and time-management skills, with experience supporting or supervising others.
  • Professional, approachable and discreet when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Committed to excellent customer service and resolving issues positively.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Dependable, flexible and willing to provide hands-on support when required.
