Are you passionate about coffee technology and developing engineering talent? We're recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading coffee machine manufacturers for an experienced Technical Trainer to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of service engineers.

The Package offers base salary of up to £40k DOE, Monday to Friday, company van with personal use, 10% pension employer contribution, private healthcare, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled coffee machine engineer or technical specialist looking to step into a training-focused position where you can share your expertise.

Key Responsibilities of Coffee Machine Technical Trainer

  • Deliver technical training programmes to service engineers
  • Support the onboarding and development of new engineers
  • Create and maintain training materials and technical documentation
  • Provide hands-on coaching and field-based support
  • Introduce and train engineers on new products and technologies
  • Work closely with service managers to identify training needs and skill gaps
  • Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote best practice, service excellence, and technical standards throughout the organisation

Requirements of Coffee Machine Technical Trainer

  • Experience working on commercial coffee machines ideally bean to cup background, but traditional coffee machine background candidates will also be considered.
  • A strong engineering or field service background
  • Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to engage and inspire engineers at all levels
  • A full UK driving licence
