We are working with a lovely consumer global brand who are recruiting a proactive and enthusiastic social media & marketing executive to take ownership of their marketing function and drive it forward! Based in Hitchin and joining a team of 6, this role would suit an experienced and creatively minded marketer who enjoys working both collaboratively and independently.
This is an unmissable opportunity for a mid/senior marketer to maximize the awareness of the brand, having autonomy across multiple channels through asset creation and making the position their own! Offering a range of variety which includes but is not limited to:
- Developing a strong and consistent marketing strategy in line with the company goals.
- Creation of marketing materials (briefing graphic designers and product photographers).
- Creation of email campaigns, including content and copy.
- Build and implement the social media strategy, managing day-to-day social media content.
- Setup, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Google Analytics).
About You… This role would suit someone who is already in a mid/senior level position and could be looking for a less stressful environment than larger companies and is now wanting to step into a role that offers more autonomy and ownership to make their mark.
- 3 years at mid/senior level marketing role.
- Experience creating strong brand assets and brand growth.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Previous experience of social media and reporting.
- PPC, SEO, Google Analytics.
- Degree in marketing or related subject, or able to demonstrate experience equivalent to this.
If you have experience within retail or the children’s sector this would be desirable but not essential to be considered. Due to the location of their office and needing to be in the office 4-5 days a week, this would be commutable for candidates living in Hitchin, Letchworth, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Welwyn Garden City and Royston.
