Location: Berkshire, hybrid working with two days per week in the office Rate: Β£650 per day Contract: Temporary assignment, initially 3 to 12 months Reporting to: Enterprise Applications Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Housing Applications and Systems Support Analyst to maintain, support and improve a local authority's housing applications estate.
The role will focus primarily on the NEC Integrated Housing Management System and associated housing applications. You will provide hands-on application support, maintain system stability and data integrity, coordinate upgrades and act as the main link between Housing Services, Digital and Technology teams and external suppliers.

Essential Experience

Strong experience supporting NEC Housing applications.
Experience working with the NEC Integrated Housing Management System.
Strong application support or systems support background.
Knowledge of housing management processes within local government or social housing.
Experience managing incidents, problems, changes and releases.
Experience coordinating application testing, upgrades and deployments.
Strong supplier and vendor management experience.
Experience supporting data quality, reporting and information governance.
Experience working across technical, operational and business teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting business change and service improvement.
Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity. xrnqpay
Ability to work independently and resolve complex application issues.
