Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead the charge in winning new business, managing the pipeline and closing high-value deals. You will own the sales cycle end to end and play a major part in shaping our commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
β Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract completion.
β Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships.
β Deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
β Negotiate commercial terms and finalise agreements with key stakeholders.
β Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and reporting.
β Collaborate with BD, marketing and operations to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
β Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
β Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements & Skills
Must-haves:
β Proven B2B sales success (technology, energy, infrastructure or similar).
β Strong negotiation and closing ability.
β Excellent communication and presentation skills.
β Metrics-driven with strong pipeline management experience.
β Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment.
β Ability to travel for client meetings and events.
Nice to Have:
β Experience in EV charging, clean energy or infrastructure.
β Network within commercial property, fleet, retail, hospitality or logistics sectors.
β Experience in a start-up/scale-up.
