Reporting to Tenancy Support Manager, the Tenancy Coach is responsible for providing guidance and assistance to customers who are most at risk of their tenancy failing, focusing on the customers' strengths and encouraging them to build on these by identifying the skills and tools they need to successfully manage their tenancy and live independently.
