About The role
Working for?our subsidiary company? Sparks Teaching Services a s an Associate Lecturer in Science you will provide support on a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of Lectures, Workshops and Practical Sessions. Experience of successfully delivering vocational science would be advantageous for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
Formal scheduled delivery of learning and teaching
Preparation of teaching materials
Assessment and moderation
Curriculum and assessment design as appropriate
Responsibility for administration relevant to the post
Student Support
Independent Studies supervision
Attendance at Meetings e.g. Programme Committees and Subject/Team Meetings
Participation in Continuous Professional Development
Participation in student monitoring and reporting, course review and evaluation process.
Participation in quality assurance and controls procedure

What we can offer you
As the successful candidate, you will be offered an hourly rate of between Β£13.72 - Β£20.93 depending on duties performed. Please note this is a zero hour contract.
