- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all payment records are correctly maintained and updated.
- Handle supplier queries and resolve any discrepancies effectively.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Assist with payment runs and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Support month-end processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain organised filing systems for invoices and financial records.
Profile
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong IT skills.
- An eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Good communication skills to manage supplier relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Job Offer
- Hourly pay of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
