ServiceNow Administrator required by global A/V service provider with clients in both the public and private sector. Working within the technology team you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the existing ServiceNow solution based upon business requirements, undertaking the necessary configurations and subsequent administration of the platform and its various modules.

The ServiceNow platform is currently installed and being used to support both the internal user base (1200 globally) along with all work undertaken on client sites. This therefore utilises both ITSM (Service Management) and ITAM (Asset Management) modules in the delivery of IT services for internal users and clients (Banks, Finance Company, Public Sector Organisation and Institutions).

You will own the administration, support and management of the platform making appropriate enhancements as required by the business. Secondly, you will undertake major projects at varying stages to deliver CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management) and SPM (Strategic Performance Management for both internal and external projects) modules.

It will be the responsibility of the ServiceNow Administrator to engage with business users to define functional requirements, pushing back against certain requests and setting boundaries based upon the capabilities of the system. Following this, you will create designs and roadmaps and then undertake the configuration of the modules keeping them manageable and as close to out of the box as possible to maintain quality assurance as new releases of the core platform come into production.

Naturally, you will undertake elements of UAT liaising with users and utilising metrics to assess the success of the modules you have configured and pushed live. Additionally, you will work with API integration / ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and have solid experience with Workflow Designer; any experience with UI Designer would be welcome but non-essential.

We are searching for a ServiceNow Administrator / ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow Engineer who has gained experience of administering the platform, resolving technical issues and driving adoption across the business with all levels of user. You will have experience configuring various modules to meet the needs of the departments and as a minimum you will have configured ITSM and ITAM modules. Ideally, you will have exposure to configuration of some of the other modules such as FSM/CSM, SPM etc.

You will be well organised and possess strong communication skills. You will be comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders to define functional requirements and possess the ability to both design an enhancement to ServiceNow and then undertake the configuration work yourself.

This role can be undertaken on a remote hybrid basis with the caveat that there is a need for 1-2 days per week in one of the business centres in either the City of London, West London or Edinburgh (non-City Centre). Excellent opportunity to play a key role in this platform's development over the coming years within a stable, global company.
