Salary: £33,000 Basic - £38,000 OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm + every 4th Saturday morning

The Role
As a Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the service and repair process, acting as the key link between customers and the workshop.
- Welcoming customers and managing their service requirements
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Discussing servicing, repairs and additional work with customers
- Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
- Liaising closely with Technicians and Workshop Controllers
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Advising customers on additional work and maintenance requirements
- Managing customer expectations and resolving queries professionally
- Preparing vehicles for collection and explaining completed work
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
- Experience within an automotive dealership, workshop or aftersales environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Professional and confident approach
- Full UK driving licence
