Our client is looking for a visionary senior talent professional to form an integral part of the digital/influencer division. The ideal candidate will have an expert knowledge of the creator economy, a proven track record in high-profile talent management, and exceptional skills in devising long-term talent strategy.

  • Manage a varied roster of digital-first talent
  • Line manage a team of Talent Assistants and Junior Agents
  • Devise both short and long term talent strategy for creators, incorporating opportunities across wider revenue streams including broadcast, podcasts, IP & literary.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with international brands, ensuring talent's alignment with their brand values and objectives

Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent management.
