Senior Operations Manager Job Purpose The Senior Operations Manager will lead operational performance, continuous improvement, asset reliability and people development across the site. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team , you will work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain to improve Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and Productivity . A key focus will be improving OEE, reducing downtime, increasing asset reliability and embedding a strong continuous improvement culture . Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Lead the site's Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement strategy. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, waste reduction and productivity initiatives. Improve processes, standards and operational performance. Lead cross-functional improvement projects and support digitalisation. Asset Reliability Improve OEE, plant utilisation and equipment reliability. Reduce downtime and recurring equipment failures. Strengthen preventative and predictive maintenance programmes. Lead root cause analysis and support capital investment projects. People Leadership Coach and develop managers, supervisors and team leaders. Build succession plans and strengthen leadership capability. Improve workforce flexibility through training and skills development. Drive a culture of engagement, accountability and ownership.
