A global hospitality and lifestyle group is appointing a Senior IT Manager to lead technology operations across the ME/APAC regions, with significant involvement in new openings. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, combining regional ownership, people leadership, and technology standardisation within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role is Dubai-based. Candidates must currently be based in the UK and willing to relocate within 3β6 months. Relocation support will be provided.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of IT, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering regional IT operations while integrating into a wider global technology function. You will lead internal engineers, manage external managed service providers, and ensure technology supports both day-to-day operations and rapid expansion.
Key Focus Areas
- Leading and developing a multi-site IT support team
- Integrating regional IT support into a global operating model
- Delivering IT for new restaurant and hotel openings
- Standardising systems, processes, and ways of working
- Managing vendors, MSPs, and service levels
- Overseeing IT operations, asset management, procurement, and budgets
- Driving adoption of ITSM tools and global standards
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Solid background in Azure and Microsoft 365
