The firm runs 5b+ in AUM, with over 2 decades of excellent track record and an incredibly stable capital base and are currently going through a growth period following additional capital incoming and strong performance through the last few years.
Their approach to research is fundamental top down, with a rigorous risk management process, so they are looking for Analysts who have been close to the timing and sizing of trades within their previous role, with a clear path available to taking risk in a number of years.
