Senior Marketing Data AnalystWolfspeed Marketing Analytics & Operations
Wolfspeed is looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to help build the reporting, analytics and data foundations that will give the Marketing team a much clearer view of performance and business impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working on the technical side of data and reporting, particularly Power BI and SQL, while also being interested in how marketing data connects to customers, leads and sales pipeline.
You'll have the opportunity to bring together data from different systems, build meaningful dashboards and create a more joined-up view of marketing performance. The role will suit someone who likes solving problems, improving how things work and turning complex data into something the wider business can actually use.
What you'll be doing
- Build and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting that give Marketing and Sales clear visibility of performance.
- Use SQL to extract, analyse and work with data from multiple sources.
- Bring together data from marketing, CRM and analytics platforms to create a more complete picture of the customer journey.
- Help establish reporting around campaign performance, conversion, leads, opportunities, pipeline and marketing ROI.
- Improve understanding of how marketing activity contributes to the sales pipeline and wider business results.
- Develop practical approaches to attribution and marketing performance measurement.
- Work with stakeholders to understand what they actually need from reporting and turn this into useful dashboards and insights.
- Help improve data quality, consistency and reporting processes across the marketing environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve the way marketing data is captured, connected and reported.
- Work across different technologies and systems, helping create a scalable marketing reporting and operations framework.
What we're looking for
The technical/data capability is the key requirement for this role.
You'll need strong hands-on experience with:
- Power BI - building dashboards and reporting that can be used by business stakeholders.
- SQL - working confidently with data, querying multiple sources and getting to the detail behind the numbers.
- Data analysis and working with large and/or multiple datasets.
- Turning technical analysis into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
We're also looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical and proactive β someone who can look at a problem, work out what the business needs and build a practical solution rather than waiting for a perfectly defined brief.
Marketing technology experience - desirable, not essential
Experience within marketing analytics or marketing operations would be a strong advantage, particularly exposure to:
- Salesforce
- Pardot / marketing automation
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Adobe Analytics
- Marketing attribution and funnel reporting
- CRM and marketing data integration
However, we are open on industry background and specific marketing platforms. You don't need to have worked in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment, and we would consider candidates who have strong technical/data experience but have worked with different CRM, marketing automation or analytics technologies.
What matters is that you can demonstrate an ability to understand systems, work with data and build reporting that solves real business problems.
Why this role?
This is an opportunity to build something rather than simply inherit an established reporting function.
You'll play an important role in creating a single, trusted view of marketing performance, helping the business understand where marketing investment is working and how it is contributing to pipeline.
Over time, there is scope for the role to develop into a broader Marketing Operations / Analytics leadership position, making this a particularly good opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership and grow with the function.
