We're looking for a passionate Lecturer in Early Years to join our team at Salisbury Campus on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for one year.

What We Offer
Salary:
Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 – £40,814 per year, pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity Cover 1 year, Part Time 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners across Level 1, 2 and T Level programmes, where appropriate
- Deliver engaging, practical and industry-focused lessons
- Develop learners' knowledge of child development, safeguarding, wellbeing and early years practice
- Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher education
- Share your professional Early Years knowledge and real-world experience
- Help learners build confidence, professionalism and ambition
- Prepare learners for successful careers working with children and families
- Contribute to an inclusive, supportive and inspiring learning environment
What You'll Bring
- A Level 3+ qualification and/or significant experience in Early Years, Childcare, Early Education or a related subject
- Strong Early Years knowledge and practical professional experience
- An understanding of child development, safeguarding and current Early Years practice
- The ability to engage, motivate and support learners
- A passion for practical, inclusive and industry-relevant learning
- A Level 4 teaching qualification is welcomed, but not essential
