Employers Liability and Public Liability Paralegal in Salford

As a Paralegal you will support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department with Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• - Drafting letters of claim, witness statements, particulars of loss and schedules of loss
• - Responding to claimant enquiries
• - Assist in preparing instructions to Counsel
• - Preparation of trial bundles
• - Reviewing expert reports and drafting client updates
• - Attending client meetings
• - Assist with new client enquiries
• - Conducting legal research

Key Requirements

• - LB Law degree or equivalent qualification
• - Previous experience supporting Employers Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury cases
• - Strong client care and organisation skills
