We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead commercial strategy nationwide. This confidential appointment comes at a pivotal point in the organisation’s growth and offers the opportunity to influence market position, brand direction and end‑to‑end performance.
The Role
The Sales & Marketing Director will define and deliver the full commercial strategy, overseeing market positioning, brand standards, marketing performance, pipeline management and activity. Leading the team, you will ensure strong conversion across the enquiry journey while driving high‑quality, consistent marketing output. You’ll balance growth objectives with operational capacity, supporting strategic planning and long‑term sustainability.
