Sales & Lettings Administrator - Hendon - £30,000 - £33,000 DOE
Our client, a well-established independent estate agency are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Administrator to join their office in Hendon.
We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for supporting teams to achieve their branches goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings Administration
- Preparing contracts to be signed electronically or in person
- Preparing terms and conditions
- Sending out Valuation letters
- Entering information on Reapit
- Protecting deposits
- Carry out Right to Rent checks & Land Registry checks
Anniversaries
- Communicating with both landlord and tenant
- Negotiating the new rent
- Section 13 Process
- Sending out closing packs
- Invoicing Let Only Landlords
- Reprotection of deposits
- Rent guarantee renewals
- Submitting and follow up rent guarantee claims
Vacating
- Arranging check outs
- Comparing check in - check out reports and liaising with both landlord and tenant
- Arranging for refund of deposit
Sales Administration
- Valuation/offer letters
- Preparation of property particulars
- Terms and conditions & sellers enquiry forms
- Sales agreed memorandums
- Exchange letters & invoicing
Spectre
- Sending out canvassing letters for sales and lettings
- Looking at the market and canvassing stock that's on the market that we have visited or previously marketed
- 20/20 campaigns, new to the market / under offer / sold on your street
General Office Duties
- Petty cash control
- Monitor timings
- Report any issues to Directors
- To place orders of leaflets for sold/let properties
- Organise the key book system and ensure keys are registered with photos on Reapit
- Ordering of boards
- Rightmove plus properties in focus every month etc.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Sales and/or Lettings Administrator role
- Excellent IT skills including use of AI
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Proactive nature
- Working Arrangements: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, office based
