Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and well-established private nursery in Kensington & Chelsea, currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to join their exceptional team from September 2026.
Role Details:
Full-time, Permanent Position
September 2026 Start
Location: Kensington & Chelsea
Salary: Β£42,000 - Β£45,000 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week
All-year-round nursery

The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
