The Role
As a Supply Primary Teacher with CER Education, you’ll work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 settings, delivering engaging lessons and creating positive learning experiences for pupils.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining continuity of learning
- Creating an engaging, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
- Assessing pupil understanding throughout lessons
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Adapting quickly to different school environments and year groups
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have experience teaching within primary schools
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
- Are adaptable, reliable and confident working in different settings
- Have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one
