Job Description
What youll do
As a Senior Care Assistant, youll support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both service users and care colleagues.
Youll combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.
Youll:
? Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments
? Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning
? Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field
? Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks
? Take part in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records
Youll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.
