Confidential in Dereham is seeking a Claims & Returns Coordinator on a temporary basis (3+ months) to manage end-to-end returns and carrier claims. The role acts as the central point between Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Sales and external carriers, driving return reduction initiatives and measurable cost recoveries.
The role requires experience with returns, claims, and ERP/WMS systems, and will be office-based close to the warehouse and logistics teams.
