As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our front-of-house team. What You’ll Do:

  • As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading and inspiring the team.
  • Help oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Motivate and train team members to achieve their best.
  • Assist in stock management, financial targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food quality.
  • Step up and take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
