Digital Marketing & Website Assistant

Our client is a well-established, multi-brand retailer based in Reigate, known for its strong digital presence across ecommerce and content-led marketing. As the business continues to grow across its brands, they're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to join the marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an early-career digital marketer who's confident across social, email and website platforms and wants to get stuck into a varied, creative role with real ownership.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and creating email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, including copy, subject lines and hero graphics
- Creating organic social media content - lifestyle images, reels and captions - across Meta, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Responding to social comments and queries, and providing creative assets for paid ad content
- Updating and maintaining ecommerce websites via Shopify - homepage, collection and product page banners, pop-ups, pricing and new products
- Managing WordPress content including product pages, galleries, landing pages and Elementor templates
- Maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity across web and digital assets
- Attending photoshoots and filming, and editing video content for reels and long-form
What we're looking for:
- Some early-career marketing experience with practical exposure to digital and social platforms
- A good eye for design and confidence using tools such as Canva (video editing skills a bonus)
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify and/or WordPress is a plus, but a fast learner who can pick up new platforms is just as important
- Enthusiastic, organised and proactive, with the confidence to take ownership and get things done
- A car driver with use of a car, unless you're within walking distance of the office
