ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Refurbishment Technician, your primary focus will be the refurbishment process of returned water systems, ensuring every unit is restored to peak performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose root causes of product returns and carry out refurbishment of returned or broken water home systems, following specifications and training provided by the Quality Manager.
Ensure all repairs are completed correctly the first time to prevent repeat returns.
Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the Quality Manager to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements that enhance repair quality and reduce future returns.
Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in their systems.
Record all stock consumption accurately in our systems to ensure your van stock aligns to system counts.
Complete all stock takes accurately and on time.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of plumbing, white goods or mechanical repairs (or similar).
Must live within 30 minutes of Redhill.
Problem-solving skills
Work independently and know how to juggle priorities.
Ability to be a team player, and work well under pressure.
Forklift license would be a bonus but is not essential as training will be provided. xrnqpay
SALARY & WORKING HOURS
37.5 hour working week - Monday to Friday (flexible patterns with options to start between 7am - 8:30am)
Basic salary up to Β£30,000, plus monthly on-target bonuses up to Β£3,000pa.
