R&V Group Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our friendly team.

No previous recruitment experience? No problem we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating temporary worker placements and client bookings
- Building great relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing our recruitment database and keeping records up to date
- Supporting workforce planning to ensure all client shifts are covered
- Handling emails, phone calls and day-to-day client communications
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent recruitment service
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive and enjoys working with people
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods such as Easter, Summer and Christmas
- Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays
Shift Pattern
This is a full-time, office-based position.
Rotating shifts include
- 9:00am 5:00pm
- 2:00pm 10:00pm
- 3:00pm 11:00pm
Weekend and Bank Holiday availability is required on a rota basis.
