Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an exceptional local business, to recruit a Receptionist / Front of House Administrator on a temporary basis. This role will focus on maintaining the front office area and ensuring you provide an exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Based in a modern city centre office, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who enjoys a varied role combining reception duties with general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • Managing correspondence and performing general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Assisting the wider team with day-to-day office operations
  • Document formatting
  • Accurately recording confidential information
  • Overseeing soft facilities within the office, including inventory and plants etc.

What we're looking for

  • Previous administrative or office experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
