Based in London, this role combines organisation, customer service and daily support to the business with travel and finance administration.

Description

As the Receptionist & Travel Coordinator, you will

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Organise and book travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodation and transport.
  • Maintain and update travel records and itineraries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Process invoices related to the travel arrangements
  • Administration on the Reed & Mackay system

Profile

A successful Reception& Travel Coordinator should have:

  • Proven experience in reception duties or travel booking within a professional setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Offer

You will be paid 32k-35k including a bonus, private health and private pension.
