Due to an internal promotion, a growing, modern residential property company is looking for a Property Management Administrator - the friendly, efficient first point of contact for tenants and applicants, and the powerhouse behind the scenes for the lettings and property management teams.
This is a heavily customer focused role communicating with clients over the phone and via email correspondence so excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and confidence speaking over the phone is essential.
Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£35,000
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm.
- Flexible work schedule - ability to work from home 1 day a week after training.
What you'll be doing:
- - Answering calls & emails like a pro
- - Logging maintenance requests and making sure nothing gets missed
- - Booking inspections, surveys, and move-outs
- - Scheduling viewings & qualifying applicants
- - Keeping processes running like clockwork
You'll smash it if you:
- - Have admin, customer service, or property experience (bonus if you have all three)
- - Communicate clearly, stay calm, and stay kind
- - Can multitask without breaking a sweat
- - Bring team spirit and a \"let's do this\" mindset
