Services include inventories, mid-term inspections, check-in and check-out reports, fire risk assessments, EPCs, legionella risk assessments, virtual tours, floor plans, and smoke & CO alarm testing. /p p strong Role Description /strong /p p This role for a Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk is located in/around York. /p p You are your OWN BOSS, being self employed and managing your own calendar, paid per job on a weekly basis. /p p The Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk will be responsible for conducting property inspections, creating inventories and schedule of condition reports, performing mid-term inspections, and generating check-in and check-out reports. Additional tasks include fire risk assessments and other related duties tailored to ensure compliance and accuracy in property management. /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li Strong Customer Service skills /li li Excellent attention to detail and accuracy /li li Ability to work independently and MUST have own transport. /li li Proficiency with digital tools and technology /li li Prior experience in property management is a plus /li li Valid driver\’s license and ability to travel locally. /li /ul
