  • 15.38ph - 17.94ph dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
  • Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update supplier, pricing and product information on internal systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing and invoice queries.
  • Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up on delivery dates.
  • Check order confirmations and ensure all information is correct.
  • Assist with resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, deliveries and invoices.
  • Support the sourcing of new suppliers and obtain quotations when required.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and reports.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support purchasing and stock management.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements are met.
  • Respond to internal and external procurement queries in a timely manner.
  • Support the wider Procurement team with general administration and ad-hoc duties.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
