You'll be the first point of contact for customers, in person and over the phone, helping to deliver a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.

This role would suit someone who is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and is looking for a full-time, Monday to Friday position in a stable and growing business.
The Role:
- Welcome and assist customers, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Book in service jobs, manage workshop scheduling, and maintain customer records
- Prepare estimates and invoices, and handle payments
The Person:
- A people‑person with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident using digital systems and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Ideally some experience in reception, admin, or service‑based roles
