Office Administrators
Location: Portsmouth
Job Type: Temporary Assignment (Approximately 4 - 6 Weeks)

We are currently seeking confident administrators to support a busy office-based project for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous administration experience who are available to start immediately and enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment. We are looking for organised and detail-oriented candidates who can manage tasks efficiently and work to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact garages to request confirmation and resubmission of account details.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and request copies where required.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records on internal systems.
- Process documentation and ensure information is recorded correctly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with external contacts.
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and targets.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both over the telephone and via email.
- Good data entry and IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately under pressure.
- Experience updating databases and maintaining records.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
