Immediate Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator Maintenance Controller
Salary: Up to 32,000
Contract: 3-Month Contract (Immediate Start this coming Monday)
Location: Portsmouth area
We’re recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy maintenance and facilities team on a 3-month contract with an immediate start.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience working within a maintenance helpdesk, facilities management, property maintenance or building services environment. You’ll be responsible for logging reactive maintenance jobs, coordinating engineers, updating maintenance systems and ensuring work orders are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and allocate reactive maintenance jobs.
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Update and maintain records using JobLogic or Concerto.
- Raise work orders and monitor jobs through to completion.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance and facilities team.
- Maintain accurate data, reports and maintenance records.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and engineers regarding ongoing works.
- Ensure all maintenance requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Helpdesk, Facilities Administrator, Maintenance Administrator, Maintenance Coordinator or Maintenance Controller role.
- Experience using JobLogic or Concerto is essential.
- Strong administration and data entry skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
