The company delivers complete mechanical and electrical design, installation, and aftercare services across a diverse range of sectors including commercial offices, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the mechanical delivery of flagship M&E projects from pre-construction through to client handover.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of mechanical systems ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor site progress, programme adherence, and manage all mechanical installation activities.
- Work closely with commercial teams to review budgets, variations, and project changes.
- Lead on-site teams and provide guidance to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
