A market-leading M&E building services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team, with several high-profile developments due to commence in the coming months. The company delivers complete mechanical and electrical design, installation, and aftercare services across a diverse range of sectors including commercial offices, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the mechanical delivery of flagship M&E projects from pre-construction through to client handover.
  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of mechanical systems ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor site progress, programme adherence, and manage all mechanical installation activities.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to review budgets, variations, and project changes.
  • Lead on-site teams and provide guidance to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
