We are partnering with a well-established PCN in the South Devon area. The practice is seeking a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join their team supporting 2 of their practices for one day each until the end of March 2026.

The role involves working 2 full days with the PCN, supporting with patient consultations, medication related tasks, prescribing and related day to day responsibilities.
