We're looking for a Site Engineer (Geotechnical) to join our KierBAM team based in Plymouth Devonport Royal Dockyard.

KierBAM is a Joint Venture partnership between Kier and BAM Nuttall, currently delivering an exciting redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. As a Site Engineer (Geotechnical), you'll play a vital role in managing the technical compliance of the project to design specifications, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project within a live MOD facility.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Engineer (Geotechnical), you'll be working within the KierBAM team, supporting them in delivering this major redevelopment project. Your day to day will include: Assisting in the preparation of as-built drawings and maintaining effective systems to record completed workParticipating in quality checks and surveys, and assisting with site safety, environmental, and quality inspectionsRecording and testing of workmanship and materials including drilling, grouting, and anchoring operationsSetting out works to be constructed within allowable tolerances from a provided site controlProviding engineering support to overcome technical challenges and ensuring the workforce understands setting out informationWhat are we looking for?
