You will be involved in the design, update & upkeep of our websites.

As well as online and offline marketing design including customer campaign emails, social media posts, app design, store artwork and packaging.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to work face to face and through email.

You'll have a meticulous eye for detail, and a keen understanding of our target audience for each of our brands.

With a strong work ethic and the ability to deliver a balanced workload to achieve targets and deadlines, you'll be a welcome team player, in a fast-paced working environment.

What you will do
Have a clear understanding of each customer and how we design for each brand.

Follow Marketing briefs assigned by your Graphic Design Manager, following any instructions given and take in feedback to hone skills and improve design.

Demonstrate good time management, prioritising workload.

Ability to learn a variety of systems quickly and effectively.

We use a variety of platforms for uploading our designs, including ones for managing the website, app, and marketing emails.

Produce creative designs for each brand and support Graphic Design Manager with animated GIFs / videos when needed.

Produce high quality graphics for social including social posts and stories for all brands.

Create blog images for the Marketing department making sure they follow the brand guidelines.

Support on international tasks such as emails and homepages.

Gain experience in requesting translations for France, Netherlands, Spain and Germany.

Able to communicate with translators effectively.

Check test emails for other team members with an eye for spotting mistakes.

What you will bring
BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or related field.

Adobe CS – Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design.

Ability to learn new platforms/CMS.

Core graphic design, typography, layout and digital standards.

Ideally 1-2 years' experience in design (preferably within fashion, lifestyle or cosmetics)
Basic knowledge of customer user experience within shopping on Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Apps
Ability to assist senior members of the team.

Interest in Fashion.

Organisational and communication skills.

A strong work ethic and innovative approach to all tasks.

Proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.
