Dale in Dundee is seeking a Service Coordinator to support planning, coordination and close-out of work carried out by our UPS Service Engineers. You will manage the preparation, dispatch, tracking and return of service equipment and parts, ensuring all activities are completed on time and customers receive reliable service.
You will gather post-work reports and ensure invoicing requirements are passed to the billing team.
