Are you a Payroll Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a constantly evolving and forward-thinking company?
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has end to end payroll experience ideally high volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and input of payroll data
- Minimum wage compliance checks
- Payroll reconciliation
- Pensions administration and auto-enrolment assessments
- Production and distribution of payslips, P45s, and P60s
- Generation and distribution of payroll reports
- Calculation of average holiday pay for variable pay staff
- Maintenance of payroll filing and electronic records
- Handling pay-related queries from staff
- Preparation and distribution of overtime templates
- Maintenance of mileage records for company vehicles
- Monitoring payroll KPIs across group companies
- Submission of payroll statistics to the Office for National Statistics
- Any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Payroll Manager or Group Payroll Manager
Skills and Experience
- payroll experience, including starters, leavers, statutory pay and leave
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Up-to-date knowledge of PAYE/NIC regulations
- Experience handling pay-related queries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
- Experience with Automatic Enrolment and pension administration
