A chance to grow your career with a respected firm that offers real progression opportunities. br br Work on a variety of residential and commercial projects in London. br br Working predominantly from home with site and office visits as required. br br Competitive salary bonus scheme company benefits. br br The Role As a Party Wall Surveyor , you will play a key role in advising clients on their rights and responsibilities under the Party Wall etc. br br Act 1996 and handling a variety of neighbourly matters. br br Your work will include: Party Wall Matters Reviewing construction drawings to identify notifiable works . br br Preparing and serving Party Wall Notices. br br Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing Party Wall Awards. br br Conducting property inspections and preparing Schedules of Condition. br br Neighbourly Matters & Boundary Issues Negotiating access licences and agreements (e.g., crane & scaffold licences). br br Researching and assessing title documents, boundaries, and easements . br br Advising on rights of access and potential disputes. br br Technical Work & Project Management Maintaining accurate records and project trackers . br br Reviewing building methods and construction documents . br br Assisting in business growth by networking with industry professionals. br br About You Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Party Wall Surveyor, including conducting schedule of condition surveys. br br Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the Party Wall etc. br br Act 1996 and property law. br br Ability to read construction drawings and understand building methods. br br Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel , and ideally AutoCAD . br br Personal Qualities: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. br br Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. br br Ability to work independently and handle deadlines under pressure. br br Growth Mindset: Willingness to attend CPD events and stay up to date with industry changes. br br Desire to contribute to team expansion & leadership . br br Benefits & Rewards Competitive salary performance-based bonus 22 days holiday Christmas closure Financial support for formal training & CPD Company events, including summer & Christmas parties Car allowance pension contributions
