Now is an exciting time to join as we embark on a journey of expansion and innovation within the industry! br THE ROLE: br As a Panel Beater, you will accurately and skilfully undertake the panel repair/replacement of a customer’s vehicles to the highest standard. You will also detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair. br CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: br Carry out repair operation to prescribed manufacturer’s methods of repair and industry standards. br Adhere to company policies, guidelines and health and safety regulations (operate within Covid-19 guidelines, check appropriate PPE. br Keep accurate and comprehensive list of additional parts required, and communicate these findings to the relevant departments br Familiarize and operate within the production cycle of the repair br Use up to date repair technology (e.g. pin puller) br Use appropriate filling methods skilfully br Weld, bond or rivet panels appropriately br You will work closely with your fellow Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and the Production Team to ensure a smooth and complete production process for all vehicles. br ABOUT YOU: br Ideally you will be an IMI/ATA qualified Panel Technician with strong Bodyshop experience. br Ideally have experience with replacing and repairing aluminium. br You have a strong work ethic to provide the best quality service. br You are a team-player. br You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. br You are committed to delivering an excellent customer service. br Ideally, you will hold a full UK driving license. br BENEFITS: br 33 days holiday br Internal and external training br Pension scheme and death in service insurance br Enhanced maternity and paternity pay br Perkbox – Access to hundreds of exclusive discounts and rewards br MediCash – Free healthcare scheme br Childcare vouchers or workplace nursery benefit br Free parking br Uniform for your role br Job Types: Full-time, Permanent br Benefits: br Company pension br Free parking br Gym membership br Health & wellbeing programme br On-site parking br Private dental insurance br Private medical insurance br Referral programme br Sick pay br Schedule: br Monday to Friday br Work Location: In person
