  • Identifying suitable suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
  • Sourcing bespoke materials, specialist products and high-quality finishes to meet project specifications.
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, site teams and company directors.
  • Monitoring orders, deliveries and lead times to ensure materials arrive when required.
  • Maintaining strong supplier relationships and identifying opportunities to improve value without compromising quality.
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or materials sourcing, ideally within construction.
  • An understanding of construction materials, finishes and supplier markets.
  • An appreciation for quality, attention to detail and the importance of bespoke specifications within high-end residential projects.
  • Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to liaise directly with company directors and suppliers.
  • A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career within a growing business.

What's on Offer?

  • The opportunity to join a respected, family-run construction business.
  • Exposure to prestigious, high-end residential projects across Oxfordshire.
  • Direct daily contact with company directors and decision-makers.
