Are you an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking to join a growing building services contractor where you'll take ownership of high-value tenders across a diverse portfolio of new-build projects? Do you enjoy producing commercially competitive estimates, working closely with clients and suppliers, and playing a key role in securing profitable mechanical projects from tender through to handover?

The Role:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical building services projects
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Produce accurate labour, material, plant and subcontractor take-offs
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare competitive tender submissions and supporting documentation
The Person:
- Background as an Estimator in Plumbing and Heating
- Experience in Commercial works
