Our client is a growing global business with a strong focus on employee development and professional growth. As the company continues to expand, they're looking for a Global Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of learning initiatives, employee onboarding and development programmes across the organisation.
About the Role
This is a highly collaborative and varied coordination role, suited to someone who enjoys organisation, building relationships and keeping multiple projects moving at once. You'll work closely with the Learning & Development and HR teams to coordinate inductions, training programmes and learning initiatives, while acting as a first point of contact for colleagues across the business. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improving processes and enhancing the overall learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate global induction programmes for new starters
- Manage L&D and HR Operations inboxes and calendars
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to organise induction schedules and training sessions
- Support the delivery of both instructor-led and e-learning programmes
- Act as a super-user and administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain training materials, user guides and learning records
- Produce regular reporting and track key L&D and HR metrics
- Assist with troubleshooting system issues and liaise with IT where required
- Identify opportunities to improve L&D processes, policies and programmes
- Ensure all records, trackers and learning logs are accurately maintained
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the wider L&D function

Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting an HR, Learning & Development or People function
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using an LMS or HR system would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
- Positive, adaptable and customer-focused mindset
- Genuine interest in Learning & Development and employee experience
