- Processing and coding supplier invoices promptly and accurately.
- Dealing with European Payments, German Ledgers and Euros.
- Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date.
- Handling payment runs, including BACS and cheque payments.
- Resolving supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accountancy regulations.
- Assisting with month-end processes, including ledger reconciliations.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk you will have experience in the above and be available on short notice.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of 18.00 to 20.00, dependent on the level of experience.
