I currently have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an ambitious, family-owned housebuilder at a really exciting stage of their growth.
Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.
The business currently has four live developments, with plans to increase this to seven schemes by early 2027.

This is a key hire for the business , giving you direct exposure to the Managing Director and the opportunity to play an important role in the companys growth as it continues to expand.
For a Quantity Surveyor looking for greater responsibility, broader commercial exposure and genuine career progression, this could be a great next move.
